1. General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 77baje website, mobile site, and any associated services provided under the 77baje brand. By accessing the platform in any capacity — whether to browse, register, deposit, bet, or play — you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• "Account Balance" refers to the total of real money funds held in your 77baje player account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds or a deposit amount must be staked before associated winnings may be withdrawn.

1.2 Acceptance of Risk

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Age Verification

77baje employs age verification checks at the point of registration. Additionally, before processing any withdrawal, we may require you to submit official government-issued identity documentation confirming your date of birth, such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time specified will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

If it is determined at any point that a player is or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or play, 77baje will immediately close the account, void all bets and casino game results, confiscate any winnings or balance, and retain all deposits made during the period of underage use. This policy exists to protect minors and is applied without exception.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 77baje services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must not impersonate another person or use fictitious identity information at any stage of the registration process.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active player account on 77baje. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77baje reserves the right to close all but the original account, confiscate any balances held in duplicate accounts, and void any bets or winnings generated through those accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77baje immediately via the live chat support channel so that your account can be secured.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

77baje may request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Verification requests are typically issued before processing a player's first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. 77baje will not process withdrawals for accounts that have not completed KYC when required.

Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

77baje supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Bangladesh market players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically credit to your account within 3 minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process depending on the issuing bank.
• 77baje does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• 77baje does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that you have previously used to make a deposit on your account (the "return to source" principle).
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval during operational hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days of approval.
• 77baje reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until all required documentation has been submitted and approved.
• Withdrawals of winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion. Bonus-linked winnings that have not satisfied the relevant wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 77baje reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the cashier section. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied, and the fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

77baje offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus, as stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period will expire automatically.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your account. Real money funds are used first when placing bets unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• 77baje reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 77baje reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend the terms of an active promotion, or decline a bonus claim if there is reason to believe the offer is being abused.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse a 77baje promotion — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a wagering-free profit ("bonus hunting"), or using a third party's payment method to satisfy a deposit bonus — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, and instant games offered on 77baje are governed by specific game and market rules in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict arises between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule will prevail in respect of that game or market only.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market and the applicable odds at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player, except where 77baje's specific market rules permit a void or cancellation.
• 77baje reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a technical fault) or where the outcome of the event has been determined to be affected by match-fixing or corruption.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. 77baje cannot guarantee that the odds displayed at the moment you click "Place Bet" will be the odds at which your bet is confirmed. A bet placed during an odds refresh will be accepted at the refreshed odds.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — follow the standard cricket betting rules published in the sports betting help section of the Platform.

6.2 Casino & Slots

• All casino games and slot titles available on 77baje use certified random number generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested for fairness by the respective game providers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or slot session, the affected game round will be voided and any stake placed during that round will be returned to the player's account balance. Interrupted game rounds that cannot be verified will not be settled in the player's favour.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface before play commences. It is your responsibility to review these limits before placing a wager.
• 77baje is not responsible for any losses incurred due to the player's misunderstanding of a game's rules, paytable, or bonus mechanics. Game rules are accessible within each game's information panel.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

77baje reserves the right to impose a maximum payout cap on any single bet, game session, or within any rolling 24-hour period. Maximum payout limits are displayed in the relevant game or market rules. Where a winning amount exceeds the applicable cap, 77baje will pay out only up to the maximum limit, and the excess will not be credited to the player's account.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player of 77baje, you agree to use the Platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Identity fraud: Registering with false, inaccurate, or another person's identity information.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Platform while under the age of 18.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets on all possible outcomes of a market across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee a profit, or exploiting price discrepancies.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Money laundering: Using 77baje as a mechanism to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring their origin. All suspicious financial activity is reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a Platform error will be voided.
• Harassment: Using threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language toward 77baje staff or other users via any communication channel on the Platform.
• Credential sharing: Sharing your account login details with any third party or allowing another person to operate your account.

77baje employs real-time fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Players whose accounts show patterns consistent with any of the prohibited activities listed above may have their accounts suspended pending investigation without prior notice. The outcome of that investigation will determine whether the account is reinstated, closed, or referred to the relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 77baje account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Once closed, your account history will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

8.2 Closure by 77baje

77baje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to 77baje.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• 77baje is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or a regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed by 77baje due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in part or in full, depending on the nature of the violation. 77baje will provide written reasons for the closure upon request, except where doing so is prohibited by law (for example, where a fraud investigation is ongoing).

8.3 Complaints & Disputes

If you wish to raise a complaint about any aspect of your 77baje experience — including a disputed bet settlement, a withdrawal delay, a bonus issue, or any other matter — please contact our support team via live chat in the first instance. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. All communications related to a formal complaint should include your registered username and a clear description of the issue, including relevant dates, amounts, and game or bet references where applicable. This information allows our team to investigate efficiently and respond accurately.
